1) Is ETP asking hotels to buy rooms or commit inventory?
No. ETP generates and qualifies travel demand, then routes matching inquiries to Partner Hotels in the right market so your team can quote and convert bookings.
2) What types of inquiries will we receive?
Qualified requests across corporate travel, groups, extended stays, project and crew housing, sports and university travel, meetings and events, and time sensitive placements when relevant to your location and fit.
3) Do you send the same inquiry to multiple hotels?
When the client needs options, we may route the request to a small, relevant set of hotels in the same area. We keep it focused to protect response speed and conversion.
4) What information is included in an inquiry?
A clean RFQ brief with dates, room needs, segment type, key requirements, and decision timeline, so your team can quote fast without unnecessary back and forth.
5) What response time do you expect from Partner Hotels?
Speed wins group business. We recommend same-day responses whenever possible. Your selected response window helps us route urgent requests to the right contact.
6) Do you require discounted rates or net rates?
No fixed requirement. Each request is priced based on stay pattern, volume, timing, and market conditions. You control what you offer and when.
7) Can we set restrictions like blackout dates or minimum stay rules?
Yes. You can share peak restrictions, blackout periods, and deal-breakers so we only route requests that fit your operation.
8) Who handles contracting, payment, and guest billing?
Your hotel maintains your normal contracting and billing process. If an inquiry requires specific billing (direct bill, tax-exempt, card authorization), we flag it early when available.
9) Is there any cost to become a Partner Hotel?
ETP’s goal is to route qualified demand and support conversion. Any commercial terms or participation details are discussed transparently during onboarding.
10) How do we update contacts, amenities, or policies later?
Anytime. Send updates to your ETP contact and we’ll refresh your routing profile so requests go to the right person with accurate property details.
